the key has a 30,000 number,I beleave that makes the key from the 1800s.one of the first keys key passed out,
when they stoped numbering the keys they were in the 1,000,000s .then they stoped nubering keys.about 30 to 40 years ago, you can find them for about 45.00 tho 165.00 on the market.mabe less mabe more..

*38 handpainted houses made by California Creations, . I would say the average size of the houses is 5 x 4 inch base, and 6 to 7 inches tall.
As you can see in the pictures there is some size variation. All are in excellent condition. These are smaller then dept 56 or your typical Lemax houses.
You can fit alot more of these houses in displays. Most of the figurines are proportioned small as well.

*4 Lemax AC power adapters with 4 output jacks per adapter to power battery operated accessories
