by Clayton Marcus. 84"L x 36"H x 37"W. The fabric is a rich, burgundy silk with a raised wool Damask design. The seat cushions have straps which secure them to the sofa so they don't slide around. I changed color schemes and have to let this go.

In person it is beautiful, and is in good condition overall. There are a couple small tears in the fabric on the seat cushions that you can't see in the photo, which don't detract from its beauty or functioning. You are welcome to the few extra yards of the upholstery fabric that I got when I got the sofa, and it could easily be used for repair or for completely recovering the seats. Also if you are interested, I have a few yards of complementary upholstery-grade fabrics you could use for pillows, drapes, or other furniture. This is all very fine quality material and would be a beautiful addition to the right home!

I am trying to Sell these Two Dressers. One is a Tall Dresser and One in a Shorter Dresser. They Are Matching. Beigh and Gold in Color See Pictures.

The Measurements are as follows:

The Tall Dresser is 42 inches Tall, 32 inches long, and 17 inches Deep. However even though there are five handles there are only four drawers. The top three handles are all seprate Drawers they measure 25 inches wide, 12 inches deep, and 4 inches tall {Interior measeurments of course}. The Bottom two Handles form 1 Large Drawer Measuring 25 inches Wide, 12 inches Deep, and 10 inches Tall.

The Shorter Dresser is 33 inches Tall, 50 inches Long, and also 17 inches Deep. However same as before even though there are eight handles there are only Six Drawers. The Top Four Measuring 21 inches Wide, 12 inches Deep, and 3 inches Tall. The Bottom Four handles Create 2 Seperate Drawers Measuring 21 inches wide, 12 inches deep, and 8 inches tall.

Sacrificing for a quick sale to pay for Christmas and to free up space in the master bedroom of our house. Buyer must have furniture dolleys and a strong back plus a helper. I have brand new solid oak flooring that I do not want damaged or scratched-up. It will not fit into the trunk of a car, nor will it fit into a minivan or full size van.
