Hello all! As you can see there are many things listed here to get your interest. The truth is that there are probably other things you might like that I didn't think about adding. Then again there are things you might not like that were added (chances are we won't hear from you). Those of you interested send me an email and we'll begin to show the place early next week. We'd also like to meet you before we say "yes" because this is such a nice place for the price that- we want and- feel it would be good to make sure sharing space will work for all of us.

The location is on Arbour, just a couple blocks from Windsor Road- the major cross street being Prospect. Thats the general area!

Oh yea, the place is not furnished yet, my buddy just bought the house and will be furnishing it, however, this may be perfect for someone who has furniture and is feeling stuck cause they need to move into a place that doesn't have furniture (we should be able to work something out), otherwise it will be mostly furnished!
