My Friend and I are looking for a 2 bedroom, we cant find anything in our price range that isn't Barr and in an OK part of town but if you give me an email im sure to get back to you after work.
Information about us. We work full time jobs and are both attending parkland on the side. Because of our conflicting working times its rare we'll be able to both be on site for a viewing at one time unless on the weekends. Generally quiet people, we tend to spend more time in our separate rooms then in a living area. (if that helps narrow anything down)
Clarification (if your offer doesn't meet these guidelines i'd prefer you not email.):
-We do not want a $600 Per bedroom apartment/house, if you think about it thats $1200. Collectively we would like to pay $600. (yes it needs to be said) Yes its cheap, but whats the hurt in asking.
-Would prefer to have some utilities included, and it would help our decision, but we'll consider a great apartment for no/minimal amenities.
-Some sort of internet connection or availability to activate comcast/internet.
