Separate entrances and very large garage door (will fit a semi truck).   This building has been used before as an auto repair shop, welding / manufacturing shop, and currently a warehouse.  It has 3 phase wiring also a large 1 ton overhead beam hoist.   Has a 60 gallon air compressor, with hose and reel.  Lots of shelving and storage.  Large gas furnace (gas bill will be your responsibility if used)  There is a small office area in the back near the restroom.   This would be a great place to work on cars, an excellent body shop, manufacturing, shipping / receiving, storage for your rv, boats, etc.    Ceiling is about 14 feet, so you can fit VERY large items inside.
