House is on 313 North 6th in Watseka. I have owned this house for 8 years now. I have rented it in the past for $425 a month. House was involved in the flood of 2008. Flood insurance just put a new foundation under it which cost just over $28000. House needs gutted, rewired, plumbing and new furnace. Up for trades or I could sell it to someone on contract for 1200 down and 304 for 54 months. Let me know what offers and trades you have.
