Grocery Receiving Coordinator (Urbana, IL)
Common Ground Food Co-op in Urbana is looking for a part time (20 hours or more) Receiving Coordinator.

Responsibilities will include:
Keep back stock spaces well organized
Work with our point of sale system to enter special order products and other tasks
Help with unloading and direct other staff with unloading as needed.
Call suppliers for credit on designated orders
Set aside special orders, match product with special order form and call customers.
Expedite stocking of incoming o/s items.
Rotate overstock into storage. Maintain approximate floor plan in storage area.
Effective and accurate stocking

Availability:
The successful applicant MUST be available for work shifts Monday and Thursday from 7:00am to 3 pm.
Some weekend availability is necessary

Qualifications:
- Organized, accurate with details
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. continuously
- Familiarity with natural foods
- Ability to give clear instructions
- Regular, predictable attendance
