The offered bedroom has a partially exclusive bathroom (shares two full baths with one other room and the first floor), it's own fully private kitchen (see images below) with extensive built-in cabinet space, a dining room table, desk, closet, and built in shelving coving one wall.

The house itself has a full, partially finished basement with a pong/storage room - now a mini-brewery, one of our roommates' projects, another room apparently specialized as a dark room by a prior tenant that we haven't figured out what to do with, a main room - a storage room for the next half-month, and a laundry room. This large duplex is located in west Champaign directly on the blue bus line and a couple block walk to connect to the green and orange and grey. We are 2 blocks from a grocery store and a couple more blocks to tons of restaurants and shops.

The duplex has a dishwasher, a fireplace, AC, laundry room, and lots of built in storage. We have a huge backyard and a nice size patio with built-in planters.

As for me, I am a 28 year old female who graduated from FSU a few years ago. I just recently moved to Champaign. I don't smoke or drink or party, and I am generally quiet and keep to myself. About me:
I am a 21 yo male student at U of I majoring in Animal Science. I love animals and have 2 huskies, and a rabbit living with me. One of the huskies is a female 1.5 yo small ~30lbs, very friendly, and quiet. The other husky is 6months old, very energetic, and still a puppy. He's a bit of a howler at the moment, but he has cut down on it, he'll howl for about 5 minutes whenever I bring him in from outside... it used to be 20 D: . The rabbit is quiet, stays in her hutch most of the day unless I take her out for grooming or play.

I am looking for a roommate that is college aged (not necessary). I am looking for someone that is mature, and takes responsibility for their own actions, I.E. if you drink my bottle of Patron, have the balls to admit it!
I am clean, quiet, usually organized, and easy to get along with as long as you don't act like your 12 and expect me to clean up your mess just because I'm your landlord. I don't play loud music and random hours that people should be asleep, and I only have friends over during the day.

Rent is $350 + utilities/# of people living in the house. It's usually about $50-75/month. If you have any questions please email me, I have 2 finals this week (Thursday and Friday) in the morning so I can show you the house anytime after 12pm.

It's a beautiful old house with 15 rooms, and right now 13 or so are leased. It's an individual lease for your bedroom. There are 4 bathrooms in the house, an industrial-sized kitchen set, dishes that are available for housemate use, and a very comfortable shared living space. This room costs $364 a month, and ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED. Internet, water, heat, gas, everything.
There is a weekly chore list and the chores are all very simple, basic chores that are delegated in order to keep the house reasonably clean. Since you are living with 10 or so other girls, the house is very clean regardless. All the girls are very nice and friendly, but will leave you be if you tend to be more of an independent person.
The bedroom itself is furnished. Although it is a basement room, it is well kept and warm, has gigantic windows and lets in very nice light. It is also very large - there is enough room to do three somersaults diagonally! It's very quiet and warm.
