I am subletting my 1 bedroom and bathroom of a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment for this coming Spring semester, January through August 2010 because I am leaving Urbana to go student teach. The apartment is on the corner of Lincoln and Illinois (the gray PPM building) and is 7 minutes from the Quad, not even 10 minutes from downtown Green Street. I am looking to find a female to take my place to live in this awesome apartment!
If you would like to only sublet from January to May, I am open to this as well!

FULLY FURNISHED - and I am willing to leave my bookcase behind for you to use during the semester! It is a brand new, bright red "Billy" from IKEA!
* Bedroom comes with desk, chair, bed with mattress, a full set of drawers, and a huge walk-in closet
* Living room comes with glass coffee table and end tables (2), lamps (2), a huge futon, 1-person sofa seat, TV stand, and rug

The bus drops off on the corner of Illinois and Lincoln too, bus stop for pick up is less than 2 minutes away from the apartment! No animals, please! The building is non-smoking as well.
