We are moving out of town for work and need to get out of our lease ASAP(We would like to be out by the end of November). Our place is a 2 bedroom, one bath duplex one mile north of the Urbana Walmart on Highcross Road. There is an eat in kitchen with all new appliances and tile flooring. A sliding glass door in the kitchen leads out to a concrete patio. W/D hookups are right off the kitchen as well. This place has a huge living room with new carpet. Both bedrooms also have new carpet, and each has a very large closet. This place is pet friendly up to 45lbs. The only shared wall in the unit is the garage so it is very quiet. Tenant pays all utilities. Please e-mail us if you are interested. We will be glad to show you the place or send more pictures. Thanks. (Lease runs through July 2010 and we will pay all sublease fees.)
*Rent is actually $695. However, if you move in December 1, we will pay $45 a month ($360 cash upfront) to lower your rent throughout the term of the lease.
