I am planning on graduating with my Ph.D. in December and am looking to sublease my apartment beginning in the Spring 2010. The lease will be available from January through August 2010. Rent is negotiable and includes free internet.
The apartment has all you could want in an apartment on a college campus:
- Great location, 1 block from Green St. and 1 block from the new County Market grocery store on campus. There are no other grocery stores on campus so this is perfect if you don't have a car. It is only 3 or 4 blocks tot he engineering and main quads!

- There is a nice patio
- Jacuzzi
- Free internet
- Dishwasher
- Microwave
All in all a great apartment. The apartment is on the first floor.
