I'm graduating early therefore need to sublease my apartment for the spring semester.

Here's a little bit about the apartment:

Rent is $365 + utilities which range from $20-$50 depending on the season
2 floor apartment
Kitchen, living room, bathroom and 2 bedrooms on first floor
(room looking to sublease is on the first floor)
2 bedrooms and bathroom on the 2nd floor
Apartment within walking distance of quad (& the bars) + the 22 Illini bus stop is right in front of apartment which goes all around campus
Roommates = 3 girls with no gender preference for 4th roommate
Super friendly and love to go out and have a good time but school is also very important to them
Their majors are psych, elementary ed, and landscape architecture
