Sub-letter wanted for a room in a 2-bedroom Advantage Properties apartment for January - August 2009. Great location very close to campus (corner of Main and Harvey in Urbana)--I can get to all of my classes within 10 minutes walking, less than five minutes by bus. One block from 22 bus route, two blocks from 13 and 10 bus routes. Brand new carpet, furniture, dishwasher, and oven. Washer/dryer in unit. Covered parking, cable, internet, sewage, trash pickup all included in rent price. Full (shared) bathroom and separate vanity with storage in both. Spacious bedroom. I've had an excellent experience with Advantage Properties and I hate to move. This is a great price for a great apartment! Female U of I students only, please.
