I am going to be moving out next semester and need one FEMAlE roomate to sublet. the current rent is $558 per person/ month.

The room is UPSTAIRS, and has its own bathroom. It is perfect if you're looking for more privacy. It is also only a 9 month lease so it only goes from Dec or January to May. The room is very big with a huge closet and full bath. It includes a desk, dresser, mattress, chair and kitchen has dishwasher, disposal, microwave and refrigerator.The apt is fully furnished and is on the second floor with balcony. Bulding has mail boxes and laundry facilities. Sanitary fees are included, but all other utilities are paid by the tenant.
