Okay, so I've been trying to get rid of my apartment all semester with no luck. I'm willing to make a deal. Present an offer to me for one bedroom in this 4 bedroom apartment, and it's yours! No questions asked!

I need someone to sublease my apartment for the spring semester. I'll be graduating so I won't be here, and unfortunately I can't take the apartment with me! This is an awesome apartment with an even better location! It's at 6th and Healey, right behind Flattop, Legends, and Penn Station.

This is a 4 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. The price of rent also includes all utilities. A nice added bonus, aside from the roommates, are the washer and dryer included in the apartment. I guarantee you will not be disappointed! This place is a great find!
