Hello.. Im subleasing my apartment. Im trying to move out in Decemeber so I will pay Decemeber rent and you start paying in January. You have to pay utilities(i,e water and electricty). The apartment is a one bedroom on the third floor on the Green bus line and walking distance from Lincoln Square Mall. It is also next door to comcast. It's lease is up until August. So your staying there for just a semester. The building is quiet and has a laundry room in the basement and rent drop off box. Please someone serious get this offer. I am pregnant and moving back home to Chicago. This is why I cant lower the price, i have a baby to take care of now. Serious People only! Thank you!
