I will be studying abroad for the spring semester, so I'm subleasing my apartment! My room will be empty from January-August 2010, so it is available for the spring and/or summer semesters. Move-in can be as early as mid-December. This is a two-bedroom apartment, and you'll be sharing with a female in engineering. She's extremely nice and is almost never in the house. Free high-speed internet is included, and you will only have to pay an electric and water bill. It's fully furnished with a bed, tables, couches, refrigerator, microwave...etc.
The apartment is in an extremely convenient location, just behind the gas stations at the corner of Green and Lincoln!
