2001 Chevy Silverado 2500HD - $5,000 (Ivesdale)

This is an older pickup that was the first year for the 6.6 liter Duramax diesel with the Allison transmission. It has been a decent truck but it has developed some issues that I just don't necessarily feel like dealing with. It runs and drives fine but sometimes the starter grinds against the flywheel when you start the engine. The ABS light has been on for many years; the Parking brake light has been on for many years (which is probably related to the ABS light); and the airbag light is on (came on when I was under the dashboard to replace the transmission shifter cable). It's a work truck so it isn't the prettiest...but it still works hard when you ask it to. I've pulled horse trailers, flatbed trailers, farm equipment, grain wagons...last year I pulled my trailer with a mini-excavator as well as pulling my trailer with my brother's pickup on it. The trailer in the pictures is not included.
I don't absolutely have to sell this so don't think that I'm desperate. Don't try to screw me over either because $5,000 is less than blue book value. The trailer in the pictures is not included.
