About a month ago, I helped a cat that someone posted about in the Spotted in Champaign group on Facebook. He had been living out in the parking lot of an apartment building on Church Street. I took him in and got his veterinary needs taken care of. He now has all of his vaccines and is neutered. He is currently established at my vet, Sports Vet in Savoy - not that he needs to stay with that vet, but I personally find them to be quite affordable. My vet thinks he is about 3 years old. He was scanned and has no microchip, and there’s a possibility that he was previously owned and then unwanted & abandoned outside. All attempts at finding a previous owner were unsuccessful.
Regardless of his past, he is absolutely thriving now, and I’d love to see if he would be the missing piece to complete someone’s family ❤️ I’d like to facilitate the process myself as it seems many local rescues/resources are full to the brim. He needs to be an inside-only cat. He is the most babiest, chattiest, best boy! He even loves going to the vet, which is so unusual! I’ll attach some photos to this post. Please reach out if you think you’d like to love on this sweet boy!
