This cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house features large windows, hardwood floors, a covered front and back porch, 2 car detached garage, and a large unfinished basement. Pets are allowed with a pet deposit and additional pet rent.
We are moving and looking for someone to either sublease the end of our lease from May 1st to July 31st 2026, or someone to who's interested in starting their own lease in May. The leasing group who owns the house is Neves Group Property Management.
If you want to sublease just till the end of our lease, we're responsible for deciding our own security deposit you'd have to pay. I believe you would pay utilities directly, but rent you’d pay to us and then we’d pay it to Neves.
If you want to lease for longer than our current lease (past July 31st) then you would basically start your own lease with Neves when you move in, which would include needing a one month's rent security deposit.
To be approved by Neves they do the normal background check and stuff like that. We had to be current on bills and have no outstanding balances against utilities or rentals elsewhere. They wanted 6 months of employment and good rental history and were very firm on having 0 evictions or filed evictions at anytime.
Also need a net household income of 3x the rent, so $3,450 per month after taxes.
