Looks like a 16-in bar. There's about 15 in exposed beyond the dogs. It certainly has enough power to run a much larger bar and chain.
It has I believe a 47cc engine and automatic antivibration and anti-kickback.
It has great compression, runs great, starts great and cuts great. It has a new spur gear and a new worm gear and a new oil pump cover. It needs nothing except Fuel and oil and you're ready to cut. The chain is even still fairly Sharp but you should sharpen it every other or every third time you use it anyways.
