I am a 29 y.o. male who recently just lost his medical insurance coverage. I was a frequent user of services, mainly surrounding issues related to stress and anxiety and emergency care for complications due to anxiety attacks and respiratory distress. Before losing my coverage, my therapy and health care team came up with some areas of my life that I needed to focus on or learn more about. I am hoping that some people here can help me continue this journey to reign in my anxiety and improve my health and wellness. The areas I would like to focus on/learn more about are:
Fitness and Fitness Regimens
Learning about new health conditions related to anxiety/respiratory issues
Basic vital signs monitoring
Explanation of more in depth vital sign monitoring and self-care
Health technology (apps, wearable monitors, etc)
Basic First Aid Application
I need assistance with all of these things, but this help can range from simple discussions and knowledge sharing, all the way up to practical application or training in these areas.
